New
Construction
One
of the most common questions asked by a builder that is meeting any contractor
for the first time is, “How many crews do you have?” This question is too often used as a quick yard stick to
judge compatibility and the answer is too often manipulated to present the
contractor in the best light. We
would, however, very much like to rely on our reputation and working history
with builders as a more accurate yard stick.
We would encourage all of our potential building partners to ask us for
references. We will likely be able
to match their company with an existing builder for whom we already work, a
reference source of comparable size to themselves.
It should be noted, however, that our many years in the industry enables
us to pull from a variety of supply and work force resources.
These resources make it possible for us to seamlessly fluctuate with the
pace of construction set by our customers.
Our
centralized office location of Laurel, Maryland has also helped us to function
effectively in a multitude of job site locations. Our current project perimeter is from Northern Virginia, to
Western Maryland, to Southern Pennsylvania, to the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
From there, we have most recently expanded into the eastern counties of
Delaware.
One
final note with regards to safety: We established our own written safety program
in 1991 It has been maintained, updated, and modified
over the years to meet MOSHA requirements and beyond.
Our attendance and participation in MOSHA sponsored seminars and
certification classes over the years has made this possible.
Please
feel free to Contact Us via phone or e-mail. We
would be happy to discuss your specific project and how we may be able to help.
