Roof Replacements

There are a few steps to properly replacing and installing your new roofing products.

Step one: Meeting and measuring

• Set up a time to meet with you, measure your roof, identify your needs, and go over all details with you
• Upon signing a contract and receiving a deposit we then start the production part of the process
• All required materials are entered into our computer data base so our production department can start the ordering process
• All installation paperwork and instructions are now generated for the installation crew

Step two: Delivery and installation.

• You will be notified with an install date as well as a material delivery date. The material will be delivered a few days before the installation. In most cases the material will be “roof topped” but in some situations we will need to drop the material on the ground. In either situation all vehicles need to be removed from the driveway so we can have complete access to your roof.
• Weather is the largest factor in determining an install date. We can typically get to your roof within a 3 week period, beating most other roofing companies time frame and most installs take less then 2 days to complete.
• We may use a dump truck or a dumpster for the debris so complete access is required of your driveway during normal business hours.
• Our crews use tarps to protect your home as well as your landscaping.
• After removing all of the existing materials our crew will inspect the existing roof decking material for damage. If there is a need to replace any decking you will be contacted prior to replacing the material.
• Your new shingles will now be installed using the most modern tools and techniques. There are areas of modern homes that require special attention and material, our trained roofing specialist has talked with you during step one about these needs and our certified master mechanics have been trained to properly install the materials to protect your home.
• We remove all debris form you home as well as “magnet” roll the entire area. We pride ourselves in our clean up, however, please be aware that tons of material has been removed from your home.

Step three: Inspection and final payment

• Your roof will be inspected by our sales manager. Our 36 plus years of serving the roofing community’s need have allowed us to formulate a final inspection list to make certain the “trouble” areas are handled properly. If there is something that needs to be addressed it can be handled efficiently.
• After final inspection is completed and you are happy with the completed project now and only now will we ask for a final payment
